Quality Guarantee

All products undergo strict quality inspection before shipment. We guarantee that goods match the approved samples and specifications.

Inspection Period

Buyers have 7 calendar days from receipt to inspect goods. Any quality discrepancies must be reported within this period with photographic evidence.

Returns

Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments. As a B2B wholesale supplier, we do not accept returns for reasons other than quality issues.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days. Refunds cover the product cost only; shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
